BROW SERVICES: Please do not use Retinol or a prescription topical at least 7 days before a brow or lip wax service. These products can cause the skin to lift and be removed during the wax process. Brow wax, laminations or brow tint can cause irritation to the skin. All safety and sanitation measures will be followed during the service.
LASH SERVICES: Please arrive with no makeup on the eye area. Be prepared to avoid contact with moisture for 24 hours following the service. Moisture includes: exercising, steamy showers, saunas, cooking steam/oven heat, rain, and crying. Avoid rubbing the eyes and sleeping on face at all times while having lash extensions or a lash lift. This will affect the lash retention and cause the lash extensions to fall out faster or cause the lash lift to reduce the curl. Not following the provided lash aftercare can affect the longevity of the lash extensions or lash lift. All safety and sanitation measures will be followed during the service.
POLICIES: All services provided by Netanya Lynn Beauty are non-refundable. Netanya Lynn Beauty will make sure you are satisfied with your service before you leave your appointment.
A credit card is required to be on file. Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the appointment. If an appointment is cancelled after the 48 hour period or is no show'ed, the credit card on file will be charged 30% of the service total. If you are not feeling well in anyway, please cancel your appointment. In the case NLB must cancel, 10% will be discounted at your rescheduled appointment.
